About Clearstone

Clearstone Group, LLC is a Massachusetts limited-liability company organized in 2014, with offices at 141 Beacon Street, 4th Floor, Boston, MA 02116. We are a recovery organization. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Where legal representation is required for a matter, we partner with independent counsel under a separate engagement letter signed by the client.

Licenses, memberships, and audits

• ICRO Membership M-2014 — International Claims & Recovery Organization.
• Bonded — Surety bond maintained for client trust funds.
• SOC 2 Type II — Independent annual audit of security, availability, and confidentiality controls.

No guarantees of outcome

Every recovery matter is unique. Past results, testimonials, and case studies on this site reflect the specific facts of those matters and are not a prediction or guarantee of result in any other matter. Outcomes depend on the strength of the evidence, the cooperation of third parties, applicable law, and other factors beyond our control.

Fees and trust funds

Engagement fees and any contingency arrangements are described in the engagement letter you sign before we begin substantive work. Funds we hold on behalf of clients are kept in segregated trust accounts and tracked on a per-client ledger viewable in the portal. We do not commingle client funds with our operating accounts.

Communications

We will never ask you for your portal password by phone, email, or text message. If you receive such a request, it is not from us — please report it to support@clearstonesgroup.support. Routine communications are sent from the @clearstonesgroup.support domain.

Testimonials and reviews

Reviews on this site are submitted by clients through the portal and moderated by our team before publication. We may abridge for length or redact identifying details on request, but we do not edit substance. Compensation is never offered for reviews.
